Complaints and suggestions

As provided for in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July which establishes the general framework for improving quality in the national government's administrtion, any complaints or suggestions may be submitted in the followin manners:

  • In person, at the CIEMAT general registry offices. In this format, the user fills out and signs form PT-CIEMAT-07-F01. The staff of the CIEMAT Quality Management Unit will provide assistance if required.
  • By post to the address: Quality Management Unit (Unidad de Gestión de la Calidad). Edificio 1.P1.05. CIEMAT. Avda Complutense 40, 28040. Madrid. The coomplaint or suggestion must be duly signed.
  • By e-mail to the address: quejas@ciemat.es  
  • By the e-Office of CIEMAT

Any complaints or suggestions sent in by e-mail or by the e-Office must be signed with the electronic signsture of the interested party.
