Persistent organic pollutants and emerging pollutants in the environment

Objetives
Design, optimization and validation of analytical methods are conducted for investigating the presence and transfer of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and emerging pollutants (Eps) in environmental compartments. Studies on environmental monitoring and characterization of POP and EP sources are developed. Additionally, environmental risk and human exposure assessments related to these pollutants are performed.
This group is ISO 9001 certified for the "design, development and performance of analyses of persistent organic pollutants and emerging pollutants using chromatography and spectrometry techniques" and has a quality policy.
