Objetives

It focuses on promoting wound healing, particularly in the field of skin fragility disorders such as recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (butterfly children). It also involves the preclinical and clinical application of mesenchymal stem cells, both systemically and topically, and the use of highly specific DNA aptamers capable of replacing peptide growth factors and cytokines. Additionally, it explores the possibility of using gene-enhanced cellular therapies with targeted wound tropism to enhance healing efficacy through multimodal mechanisms.
