Objetives
The objective is to analyse and develop advanced systems for combustion and gasification, as well as for the treatment of the output streams of these processes, with special emphasis on gas streams. The processes and systems developed are applied to fossil fuels (coal), biomass and waste (agricultural, forestry, urban, industrial, etc.).
In addition, technologies for CO2 capture and recovery and H2 production with catalysts associated with thermochemical processes are studied.
