The objective of this line is to contribute to enhancing the scientific understanding of atmospheric physical and chemical processes, delving into the interrelationships between meteorological phenomena, anthropogenic emissions, changes in the chemical composition of the atmosphere, effects on agrosystems and ecosystems, breathable air quality, and climate evolution. This is done in order to develop effective strategies to combat climate change and improve air quality, mitigating and reducing their impacts on the environment and human health.
