26-hour course

The aim of the course is to provide predoctoral and postdoctoral students with an introduction to the core high-performance technologies of genomics and the challenges of working with biological/clinical data. The course aims to be a guide to data manipulation strategies and the importance of sharing them as well as available resources. The course will be a platform for teaching statistical analysis, bioinformatics and web analysis tools in cancer genomics.
