Abstract

"Environmental Law Update" is an innovative and free online publication, with continuous periodicity, characterized by its immediacy and which aspires to reach the greatest possible number of administration technicians, researchers, professors, students, lawyers, other professionals of the legal world and others interested in environmental protection.

Aware of the fundamental role that Environmental Law currently plays, the CIEDA-CIEMAT considers "AJA" an essential instrument for disseminating knowledge of this branch of the legal system, a dynamic, complex and insufficiently known subject. The publication is structured in six sections: "Current news", with brief news; "Legislation up to date", which includes the analysis of the legal provisions approved in any field (international, European, state and regional); "Jurisprudence up to date", where judicial resolutions of the different courts are commented; "Doctrinal references to date", which reviews the most relevant periodical publications and monographs on the subject; "Brief Comments" and "Articles", which analyze, with an informative and investigative purpose, innovative aspects of environmental law.

"AJA" is therefore a selective and quality publication, which will undoubtedly allow us to keep up to date on Environmental Law.
