Abstract
"Adopta Ciencia II: La Mujer y la Tierra" is a scientific communication project that seeks agile and simple communication between science and society, and the best way is to start with ourselves: the people who make up CIEMAT. The day is specifically designed for those of us who face our work at CIEMAT facilities every day.
Bringing science closer, making it understandable through rigorous and simple communications is the purpose. The "Adopta Ciencia" project was born in 2019 from the conviction that it is essential for Science and Society to understand each other, communicate, and know about each other, in order to achieve social progress.
The protagonists of "Adopta Ciencia II: la Mujer y la Tierra" come from different areas of knowledge, their work coexists in the development of models related to soil conservation and recovery and atmospheric pollution, and they share the vocation to research in order to know, grow, and promote social development.
