Abstract
The legislative activity corresponding to 2022 is conditioned by two media episodes that we have had to experience: the aftermath of a global pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Both have had a negative impact on the economies and, therefore, on the modus vivendi of society and also on the environment.
As a consequence of this panorama, the diversification of the energy mix is brought to the fore and the leading role once again falls on renewable energies. In a line of continuity, both the state and regional legislators have opted for the approval of urgent measures that speed up administrative procedures by reducing deadlines and streamlining their processing, to which are added modifications introduced in the procedures of environmental evaluation.
In short, electrification and deployment of renewable energies, under the prism that saving energy is the fastest and cheapest way to deal with the current energy crisis and reduce bills.
On the other hand, taking into account that the channeling of European funds in favor of our country requires the approval or modification of various regulations, we can classify 2022 as a very productive year in terms of standards development, both at the national level as autonomous. However, through the figure of the decree-law, novel regulations are intermingled with modifications of the existing ones or extensions of measures, sometimes difficult to decipher; especially taking into account a panorama sponsored by a constantly changing economic and social situation.
